On Sunday, April 12th, we will be replacing our regular church service with our Love the Tri-Valley Compassion Event!
All projects will take place onsite, as we come together in one place to serve both our local community and communities beyond. There will be several meaningful opportunities to choose from, including:
- Habitat for Humanity playhouse builds
- Kids Against Hunger meal packing to benefit developing countries
- Assembling care and hygiene kits for the unhoused and local nonprofits
- Participating in The Crayon Initiative by sorting donated crayons that are remade and shipped to children in hospitals across the country
- Writing, coloring, and decorating cards for elderly residents in care homes
- Little Miracles diaper, clothing, car seat, and children’s book drive. (Size 4T or less)
- There is something for every age and ability level to be part of. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to make a tangible impact together.
In addition to serving on April 12th, we will also need volunteers to step into leadership roles, as well as help with setup, teardown, and day-of-event support.
Let’s show up, serve well, and love our community in action. The whole event runs from 8:30am-2pm.

More than the numbers, this day is about showing God’s love through kindness, compassion, and community. Whether you’ve been with us for years or just joined, we’re grateful you can be part of something meaningful—and fun!
