We are excited to announce our “Spring Forth” Women’s Conference on Friday, April 19th and Saturday, April 20th at Blue Oaks Church! Come find hope as you let go of the past that is holding you back and create a new future with God.

At this two-day women’s conference you will hear how you can break through barriers that keep you from being close to Jesus, build an honest intimacy with Him, and move forward with hope and boldness.

Meet Our Speakers
Cheryl Lowry
Cheryl has earned a certificate as a licensed pastor. She has worked in Women’s Ministries for many years and has facilitated Women’s Bible studies for the past fifteen years. She is a wife, mother of two adult children, and grandma to, soon to be, five grandchildren. She has the heart to see women walk in complete freedom physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Teena Jacob
Teena is the prayer pastor at Blue Oaks Church. She is passionate about teaching the word of God, loves to pray for healing, and has witnessed God’s healing power transform lives. She is a wife and mother of two wonderful kids. Teena has been leading Bible studies for 18 years and is currently doing her Master’s in Theology at Fuller Seminary.
Jenna Litvinchuk
Jenna is a pediatric occupational therapist in the Bay Area. She is a wife and mother to three boys and has another baby on the way. She is the founder of Night to Shine Tri-Valley, a complimentary prom night for people with special needs, and served as its director from 2016 – 2023. Jenna is leading a Bible study to equip and train women to live in their God-given authority.
Kristina Bethea
Kristina is the founder and executive director of Monthly Miracles, a charity for people experiencing homelessness in the East Bay. Her passionate purpose in life is to provide a way out of homelessness to her neighbors in need and to show the tangible love of Jesus Christ to those around her. She is blissfully married for 12 years and loves to equip women to have a godly marriage.
Evelyn Mitschelen
Evelyn is a studied Bible teacher and wise encourager. She raised three children, and in her early years, she and her husband assisted in co-founding a large local church. Now, at age 89 and a widow, Evelyn remains a faithful servant of God, meeting with women in Bible study, prayer, and encouragement. We are excited to hear the wise and godly words she has to share.
Sharon Sherrill
Sharon has been a teacher for the past 29 years. She currently teaches middle school in Pittsburg, California, where she leads a Christian club on her school campus. She is the mother of two adult children and has two grandchildren. Sharon has previously served in pastoral ministry and currently leads a weekly Bible study in her neighborhood.
Ashley Lewis
Ashley is a mother of four and has served in ministry with her husband for over twenty years. She works as the kid’s pastor at Blue Oaks Church and also leads the women’s ministry at Powerhouse Ministries, a recovery house for women and children. Ashley also runs an autism awareness platform to help bring support and resources to families who have special needs children.
